Both versions of the Guide downloadable free of charge from this site. Further technical support is available by phone, fax, email or post through the BSS Office. Printed versions of the guide can be ordered by letter with a cheque* made payable to British Waterways, or by telephoning the BSS Office on 01923 201278 and having credit/debit card details ready.
